Anita
Front Office Manager/ Patient Advisor
Anita’s experience in dentistry goes back over 35 years, and she has been a part of Dr. Ekstein’s team since 2005. Although her background in dentistry is an extensive one, from dental assisting to managing a dental office for over 25 years to consulting, her favorite aspect is still building long-standing relationships with our patients and with our gifted staff. Last but far from least is Anita’s amazing family. Her husband Jim, daughter Talia, and two Shih-Tzus, Chelsea and Jake, are gifts from God, her foundation, and the light of her life.
Kimberly
Financial/Insurance Coordinator
Kimberly assists our patients by maximizing their insurance benefits, filing claims, and following up on accounts when needed. She enjoys getting to know our patients on a personal level, as she considers many of our patients her friends. Kimberly is a kind person who strives to do her best in life and work. She wants to always help our patients receive the most that they can for the care they receive.
Elizabeth
DMRT - Dentomandibular Rehabilitation Therapist
Elizabeth helps our patients achieve and educates them on maintaining a healthy, beautiful smile. With 14 years of experience, her gentle touch allows patients to receive the care they need without discomfort. Elizabeth loves being a hygienist; seeing her patients benefit from the care she provides never gets old! Elizabeth is a family-oriented person; her family is her world. She loves to travel and experience new things with her husband of eight years.
Fran
Office Manager
Fran, in addition to being Dr. Ekstein’s wife, is also our office manager. When Dr. E created his sole-practitioner office, it gave Fran a perfect opportunity to utilize her skills of design and entrepreneurial talents in combination with his profession. That is how our office was born! Fran likes the creative aspect of finding different ways to make the public aware of all of the benefits that await them in our office, but most of all, she loves the people she works with and all of our patients. Fran and Dr. E have two beautiful daughters and only one dog (at the moment). She has always been active in the community and children’s school, but now that they are in college, Fran has the time to focus on fun things for her and her husband to do.
Stephanie
Receptionist
Stephanie helps patients with their payments and financial arrangements, assists our staff members when needed, and performs clerical duties to help keep everything organized. She is a loyal, honest person who always has our patients’ needs at the forefront of her mind. As a member of our team, Stephanie brings her unique talents and skills to the table in order to best serve our patients. Stephanie loves her family and fiancé more than anything in this world.
